Maps to ScrollView(string?, string?, string?, ScrollerVisibility?, ScrollerVisibility?, TouchScrollBehavior?, Action<VisualElement>?, Func<VisualElement, Action>?, VNode?[]?, string?, string?, string?, IReadOnlyDictionary<string, string>?, IReadOnlyDictionary<string, string>?); children added via the collection initializer become the scroll content.
