How ScrollToItem(int, VirtualListAlign) moves the list to its target: react-window's scrollToRow behavior, which it hands to the DOM's scrollTo.

Auto = 0

The list's own scroll behavior, which is Instant: a ScrollView carries no scroll-behavior.

Instant = 1

Jump to the target.

Smooth = 2

Animate to the target over 300 ms, eased in and out. Any other scroll along the list's axis, a further ScrollToItem(int, VirtualListAlign) included, ends the animation where it stands.
